The annual auction is a fundraising event for MCA. It is open to the public and is sure to be another great MCA event!
The tentative schedule for 2012 is:
- Live auctioneer for the ‘live’ auction items
- Multiple tables for the ‘silent’ auction items (over 200 items last year!)
- Dinner catered by the famous Gray Brothers Catering Service
- A coffee, dessert bar will be set up with coffee and Gray’s pies for purchase. Snacks and soft drinks will also be available.
- Onsite security (uniformed police officers)
- Children’s Fun Area! Free onsite child care (K4 - 4th)
- Children’s activity TBD
- Crafts, Games, etc.
- Kids must be signed in and out (security)
Proceeds:
- Our auction costs are very low, so well over 95% of the amount raised directly benefits MCA and MCA families

Payment:
All items must be paid for at the Auction. Cash and checks are preferred. This year, by request, we are accepting credit cards. Please keep in mind that a percentage of every credit card transaction will go to the credit card company, lessening the benefit to the school.
