This Thanksgiving season, the Room Parent Fellowship Team is organizing our first annual
Thanksgiving Service Project
We will be serving the Churches in Mission again this year by helping to provide Thanksgiving meals for our Morgan County families who need them most. Last year’s service project was a huge success, MCA donated over 50 turkeys! The Churches in Mission will be providing meals to more than 300 families during this time. MCA will be helping to feed these families in honor of what God has done for us. We are asking that each MCA family participate in some way with their student/students being involved the entire way. Needs INCLUDE…
Several Turkeys – uncooked and left frozen, 10 – 15 Pound Size Dessert box mix – any kind (brownie/cake) 10 Pound Bag of Potatoes Can Corn / Green Beans Canned Yams Boxed Stuffing Mix Canned Turkey Gravy
There is no limit to what we can provide for these families. If we receive 100 turkeys, ‘PRAISE GOD’. Simply provide what God places on your heart. Items will be taken to the Mission Tuesday, November 11 so they will be in the hands of those who need them most prior to Thanksgiving Day.
Please have your items to school by 9 AM on Tuesday, November 11 and place them in the main school hallway between the eagle and the large photo display. If you are bringing a turkey and many are needed, you may place it in the MCA kitchen freezer anytime between now and 9 AM Tuesday the 11th.
