Mooresville Christian Academy’s Annual Auction Fundraiser

Gray Brother’s will be catering the dinner again this year!
Our students benefit greatly from the funds we raise with 100% of auction proceeds supporting our school. Donations from the community, parents, and staff make up the auction items.
Below is a listing of ways YOU can help make our auction a success!
Committees!
Planning and preparing for the auction has begun. Join one of the 4 committees and share the talents God has given you. The committees include:

Classroom projects!
Each class will create a handcrafted project made by the students in that class. Be thinking of creative ways you can help the class with their project. Be sure to checkout class donations that were created last year on the MCA website. If you have great ideas for your class project contact your room parent NOW!
Auction item donations!
We ask each family at Mooresville Christian Academy to donate one item for our auction (silent/live). The item does not have to come directly from you and can come from a local restaurant you enjoy, your hairstylist or from a friend or co-worker who owns a business. Donations can be gift certificates or actual items from the place of business. All donors will be listed in the auction program.
Connections…. You got em, why not share em!
- Trips, getaways, condos, timeshares, excursions – any connections to a fabulous place?
- Airfare… always needed! Can you part with 25,000 frequent flyer miles?
- Put together a party: couples, cooking class, gourmet dinner party
- Celebrity Dinner (Who do you know?)
- Package an event to the Pacer Basketball, Colts Football, Indianapolis Motor Speedway,
- Bling, Bling… got a jewelry connection?
- Can you provide a “once in lifetime” experience? Do a spot on TV, fly a flight simulator, or drive a racecar
- Arts Festival, etc, Performing Arts Theatres, Children Museum, and Zoo tickets
- Massage Pizza! Pizza parlor, “weekly pizza for one year”.
- Major league football, basketball, baseball, hockey tickets
- Concert tickets/backstage passes, theatre tickets, autographed entertainment memorabilia
- Barber, “hair cut for a year”
- So many other ideas! The sky is the limit!
You will find a donation form attached to help you get started in generating donations to support your school. Extra forms can be found in the school office, on the MCA website or by contacting Pat Yeager or Loretta Robinson.
Sponsorships
Do you attend a church in the area? Do you own a business or work in the area? Does the company you work for involve themselves in community service? Affordable sponsorship opportunities are available this year. Churches and businesses can take advantage of additional exposure to the over 400 guests + who will attend the auction while supporting MCA! Contact Becki Lord with questions and details on the sponsorship levels available this year.
